Beautiful flat in Bethnal Green for 2 people, 5 minutes walk from Victoria Park and the canal and all the vibe of East London! Full of markets, breweries, pubs and restaurants. Bethnal Green station and MIle End station in 12/15 minutes walk, give you access to central london in as fast as 10 minutes. We love living here, it is a little village but full of peace and movement!

The space

The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious open kitchen and living room with TV. Please note: The small room will be used as storage so the kind bedroom is available to rent

Fully equipped, with high speed wifi, workstation, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Development has been built only few years ago.

The flat has a concierge 6 days a week, 2 sets of security doors at both entrances, security cameras for all intercoms wired to the TV, and 24 hour on-site security - so it's very secure, which is important these days.

Based in ground floor it is completely accesible. The road where the flat is in leads to an end road, residential street, so it is really quiet in the evenings/at nights.

Supermarkets less than 5 minutes walk and the beautiful canal and park a few steps away to be able to do some jogging or enjoy the nature. We love the area as we can be completely isolated on in the middle of the vibe in few minutes.

Disclaimer:

We live here and we will be out of the country we might leave some things however we will make sure flat is 100% clean and cleaning is required before you leave the flat, and we will leave enough free space for you. We are happy to do video call or you to come visit the flat.

Please also note we will require on top of the deposit which is non refundable, 200gbp as securement in case of any damages that will be paid back at the end of the tenancy.

Flat needs to be cleaned when we leave by a cleaner and the costs to be paid by the tenant. We do have our really reliable and affordable cleaner that we can put you in contact with to arrange the cleaning.

No access to the small room that will be kept as storage

Other things to note
No pets- no smokers- no parties. This is our main residence and we expect our guests to look after the flat as if it was yours.
