Lovely Double Room to Rent with En-Suite

I am renting out my double room while I travel for 3 weeks starting from 25th October - 31st January (possibility to extend by a few weeks). The room has its own en-suite, and the apartment is shared with one other female roommate, so we are preferably looking for female tenants only but can be flexible for the right person. There's a shared kitchen and living area, a small balcony, a washing machine, etc, and the block has a big rooftop. We're based in Bethnal Green, a short walk from the central line and well connected. We are looking for someone who will treat the apartment and my room with care and respect, as it is our home and safe space.

Rent is £250 p/w, including bills up to £100 pcm if staying long-term monthly. I am open to having someone stay for the whole period or for multiple tenants. Let me know if you have any questions! Will be holding viewings very soon.
