Double Bedroom Available in Bethnal Green

A double room has become available in our lovely 3 bed flat in East London (Shoreditch/Bethnal Green area) due to one of our flatmates moving further West.

*The flat*
Flat on the 1st floor so no ground floor disruption, also it's standalone so no shared walls with neighbours.
3 double bedrooms
The available room is the middle sized and also has a built in double wardrobe.
Shared bathroom with bath/shower.
Balcony with lovely evening sun in spring and summer.
Shared living room and separate kitchen with a small dining table, we have a lot of plants!

We are located just off Columbia Road (the flower market one), with plenty of transport links:
- 15 min walk to Bethnal Green (Central Line)
- 15 min walk to Liverpool Street (most lines, trains, overground)
- 20 min walk to Old Street (Northern Line)
- 8 min walk to Hoxton Overground
- 10 min walk to Shoreditch Highstreet Overground
- Multiple bus routes on our doorstep (26, 55, 388 and others)
We have lots of shops nearby including Tescos and Sainsbury’s.

*Who we are*
Issy, 27, primary school teacher. From Sydney, Australia. In work everyday teaching Year 4. Naomi, 28, primary school teacher. From Suffolk, England. In work everyday teaching Year 2.
We have become great friends from living together and normally eat together if we’re in when we get home from work, watch TV and go out together for meals/drinks so looking for someone who wants the same but is also respectful of when each other needs space.
We are clean and tidy, share cleaning of the whole flat and are looking for someone who will also chip in and work to keep the flat clean and be mindful of others.
We really want someone who wants to make this place their home and contribute to the happy vibes. We don't mind someone working from home a couple of days a week and there is a small space for a desk in the room if needed.

Rent 730 per month plus bills (~100 per month all in)
