We are looking for someone to rent our lovely double room!
The room is clean and bright and has newly laid engineered wood floor. The room is next to the front door on the 4th floor which makes it easy to access. There are 3 other bedrooms on the 5 floor and 2 bathrooms, 1 on each floor.
We have a large kitchen/dining room area with access to a large balcony with fantastic views of London. The whole flat is very light and spacious. The kitchen/dining area has large windows which makes it super light and has oven, hob, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and dishwasher as well as pots and pans etc and the downstairs bathroom has toilet, sink, shower unit and washing machine, all of which you can use.
There is a flat roof on the 6th floor which you would also have access to.
We are a family and are looking for a non-smoker, either a professional or a student. We are a gay-friendly household. We have a professional cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.
No overnight guests please.
The flat is very well located, near Victoria park and London fields, Broadway market and has excellent transport links.
We are both teachers and we share the flat with our 20 year old daughter who has just done a foundation Art degree and is now working as a waitress, saving up to go travelling / apply to uni although she is planning to move out in September.
We have a black and white cat called Wilbur.
We sometimes play music (my partner and daughter play fiddle and I play flute) but we are mainly working. We are musician friendly! Between us, we speak French, Spanish, Portuguese and a little Mandarin. We have all lived abroad.
