The flat is located on the first floor of the building so just up one flight of stairs. There are 2 other flats above which share the access at street level.

The flat has a shared lounge/kitchen at the front of the flat facing out onto the main street. All existing furniture is the landlords but there is some space for your own. The kitchen is generally in good working condition but is due to have some upgrades

There is a decent sized shared bathroom with shower and bath. Hot water and pressure is very good.

The terrace is at the back of the flat. It overlooks a private, secure car park so is extremely quiet and safe. The terrace is very open so gets full sun access in the summer. There are a few apartments which over look the terrace but otherwise it feels very private.

Your room is towards the back of the flat, facing out onto the side of the terrace. Although at the front of the flat, there's quite a lot of noise from the road, the back of the flat is very quiet. Decent sized room, all furniture is the landlords.

Bills for the flat come to around £100 per month, per flat mate. That covers Council Tax, Internet, Water, Electric and Gas. This only fluctuates with seasonal changes to heating and hot water usage.

Existing flat mate is Eve, Hospitality professional working in central London. She is a tidy, clean and very considerate flat mate. She also makes great meals.

The landlords are very easy to deal with, they mostly leave us alone but are very responsive to requests for maintenance. They are increasing the rent with this new tenancy so you shouldn't expect that to change again anytime soon.

Transport: There is a bus stop directly outside of the flat with 2 good routes that can get you to London Bridge in 20mn or Holborn in 30mn. Bethnal Green Tube is a 7 minute walk away and Shoreditch High Street Overground station is also a 7 minute walk in the other direction. For national travel or access to other Tube lines, Liverpool Street Station is a 15-20mn walk away or 5mns on the bus.
