Great modern flat share with 3 sociable individuals available in Bethnal Green from 13th April. It's perfectly located a short walk to everything you'd need in the East.

Currently the house is made up of 1 girl and a couple (girl/guy) who all love living here. They are all very chilled, friendly and sociable people who are young professionals working in the city and at home. Tara (25) is a social worker, Christine (26) within investment banking and Bert (27) in marketing.

We hang out together, but also like to do our own thing; dining out, drinking, playing sport and travelling overseas. Also quite happy to have a chilled evening in front of the TV.

I’ll be moving out so there is now a double room available that comes furnished with a double bed frame, mattress, 2x wardrobe and cupboard. There is additional storage in the attic for larger items such as suitcases. There’s a large window which brings amazing natural light into the space throughout the day!

Our kitchen is spacious and modern with lots of storage space, you’d get a cupboard to yourself and can use any of the utensils (also welcome to add to our collection if you are bringing anything). There’s a dishwasher, washing/drying machine, oven, induction stovetop, microwave, freezer and 2 x small fridges.

We have one downstairs toilet and one upstairs bathroom which is also quite modern with good shower pressure! Our lounge room receives a lot of natural light and we have a balcony too which is lovely in the summer. Additionally our agent is great; never had any issues.
