En suite double room in Bethnal Green

Hey! My name is Magdaand I’m looking for a new flatmate :)
It’s a spacious 2bed 2bath (!) flat with an open plan kitchen and balcony overlooking Meath Gardens park located right outside of our building. You’d be living in E2 in a lovely neighbourhood, 10min walk or 5min bus away from Bethnal Green station, 10min walk to Victoria Park and just 3mins walk if you fancy a lovely canal stroll. I’ve been in the neighbourhood for over 2 years now and it really is a gem.

The room & flat:

Your room is a modern double room with a big window/juliette balcony. It is an en suite too so you’d have your own bathroom, on top of a shared one with a bath tub! Room is on the other end of the flat from mine (we have a big hallway) so if you value privacy and having a safe space that feels homey then that’s just a perfect spot for you. It comes unfurnished apart from the wardrobe but we can take it out if that’s what you’d like. I am happy to put my bed in your room for free as I am planning to get a new one.

The flat is located on the second floor and has an amazing panorama of London, especially at night. It has a lift access and a parking for both cars and bikes (we have loads of space at the house for bicycles too) The building is modern and quite safe as well as you can only access it with a fob.
My landlords are probably best I have had so far throughout my 13 years in London - we have a direct contact with them and they’re happy to fix stuff right away + give us a lot of freedom to make the flat feel like our own.

I’m am 31 yr old former creative and sports professional.
I’m teach combat sports, and am passionate about football which I play as a hobby, into arts and music. I enjoy dinners and wine nights with a good film on :)
