3 girls in their mid-late 20’s looking for a 4th housemate! A bit about us..

We spend most weeknights sitting in the living room with a tea and Netflix. On the weekend we love a walk along Broadway, a gossip about the night before and are likely out at local pubs with friends in the evening. We have our own friend groups but also go out together! And we also love a night in or two watching a film x

Frankie is from London and works at TikTok! Shes in the office 3/4 days a week, loves hosting a dinner party, is trying to get into running.. and is always up for a spontaneous drink.

Em works in the drinks industry and is often out and about in East London with a cocktail in hand. Yet to catch the running bug, but always down for a long walk and a natter on the weekends!

Maisie works in the jewellery industry, loves running (dw we won’t all be dragging you out for group runs) and walking round east London finding new places to eat and drink!

In terms of the actual house:

Location is great! Walking distance to London Fields, Columbia Road, Victoria Park and Brick Lane. Closest stations are Bethnal Green and Shoreditch High Street with buses on the main road.

The house is in a quiet mews with amazing neighbours (we sometimes have drinks together). Four bed, three bath, additional study and shared outdoor space. The house is modern, clean and spacious across three levels.

Looking for likeminded person to join our home as our housemate is moving back to Aus. Message for details about tenancy!

Note about the rent: Rent is due on the 16th of each month at £993 pcm. However, as the move in date for this room is the 2nd, then you would also have to pay for the 2 weeks before the 16th Dec, which would be £506. Happy to share more about this if needed xx
