En-Suite Double Short Term Let

A furnished double room (with a very comfortable Eve mattress) available for short term lets. The room has loads of storage, a modern en-suite with shower and loads of natural light. I have a professional cleaner once a fortnight.

The flat is spacious with a large shared kitchen, living room and balcony with views out to Cambridge Heath Road. I re-decorated the flat in Covid years so it's all designed to feel homely and comfortable. I have Netflix, Apple TV, Alexas and speedy internet. There is a bike store room and a shared courtyard in the building.

The flat is a couple of mins from Cambridge Heath overground, 7 min walk to Bethnal Green underground, 18 min bus to Liverpool Street. Victoria Park, Broadway & Columbia Rd are all mins away. There are an obscene amount of Lime bikes & Forest bikes on our road, so handy bike parking!

It is important that you like cats. I have an 8 year old indoor cat called Colin. He's shy, but is melt when the Dreamies come out. He can be curious, so I cannot guarantee he will stay out of all rooms.

I am a tidy person and house proud. I love to have scented candles and fresh flowers in the house. I am vegan, but I know that most are not, I would just prefer others to be mindful of kitchen cleanliness if they cook meat. I work from home most of the time as I set up my own business.

I am looking for short term lets only.
Being tidy is important to me, and a heads up about friends using space is always appreciated and will be reciprocated.
