Hey all! We’re Eddie and Benni, as our lovely flatmate is moving out, we are looking for someone new to live with us in our Bethnal Green nest (breathtaking London skyline view included!!).

A little bit about us: Eddie (32, male) is a director / editor, queer, laptop slave by day and Dalston boy by night. Benni (30, female) works in translation, loves Quentin Crisp (unrequited) and has an encyclopaedic knowledge of David Sylvian memes. Eddie is the Negroni and Italo Disco type, Benni is the home baking and astrology type.

The flat is very spacious, our open plan living room and kitchen with high ceiling is the perfect place to wind down and occasionally work. 2 fridges, 2 freezers, lots of kitchen equipment and plenty of storage for food. 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower. From the living room we can also access a very cute little outdoor space with city views overlooking Shoreditch and Liverpool Street. We are on the 4th floor with no functioning lift at the moment, but the agency is looking into repairing it.

Now the important details:

- Rent for the room is £1100 + bills (usually around £110 a month all-in)
- Deposit is five weeks (so around £1200)
- 1 minute walk to Bethnal Green Station (tube)
- 12 months contract
- Move in date 31st July
- Furnished with bed and wardrobe (with drawers)
- Girls or Queer / LGBTQIA+ preferred
