The transport links are very convenient with very regular buses on Bethnal Green road as well as Cambridge Heath and Hoxton overground.
The flat has a lot of floor space with a spacious kitchen/dining room and large entry way. Due to its size the previous tenants turned the living room into a cozy projector room where they regularly screened movies and TV. The room you would be staying in gets a lot of natural light and has a shared green space just outside the window.
The rent is £850 pcm (excl bills) and the contract would be for a min of 9 months. The room is available from the 19th June!
