Description
Hi there!
My wonderful flatmates are looking for a new housemate to fill this furnished double room available in a friendly and social flat, less than 5 minutes walk from Bethnal Green Station. Room includes bed, large built in storage, and two side cabinets.
The room has a lovely big window and gets lots of sun in the morning. It is the biggest bedroom in this flat and has a lovely double bed. The built in wardrobe has tonnes of space! It has some lovely big mirrors which makes the big room feel even bigger and is great for ‘fit checks.
The flat is situated down a quiet dead-end street close to both Bethnal Green station and Victoria Park. There is a lovely, secluded courtyard at the front of the flat. It is right by the Buddhist centre, a cute bookshop, a health food store, and some AMAZING vegan cafes. It is great location for commuting into the city.
The rent is £975 pcm and bills are usually around £120/month. The deposit is £779. The room is available from the 1st August and rent payments are due on the 13th of every month. The flat has a large shared lounge and nice kitchen and which gets great morning sun.
You’ll be living with 2 women aged 28 and 29 who work full time in charity marketing and market research, mostly in the office but a few days per week WFH. They get up at around 7.15 and finish work at 6 (sometimes later), so the flat would suit someone with a similar schedule. We love to have dinner together, chat, watch the trashiest of TV (MAFS takes over our lives twice a year), go on walks to Victoria Park, and maybe watch a film on the weekend. We also have our own stuff going on in the evenings and can work late sometimes. You will need to have a love of collapsing in front of the TV and watching garbage or comedies after a long working day!
We are looking for a full-time working professional. No students (including grad). No one under the age of 25 (sorry!). We're all interested in food, politics, chilled chats, and music. If this sounds like your vibe please reach out and tell us about yourself - please include your age, job, interests, what you like to do in the evenings - a longer message is better than a shorter one! Viewings will be held in person.
If you don’t get a response from me - thank you so much for reaching out and I wish you all the luck in finding your new home!
