Looking for a female flatmate to take over one of the spare rooms in this great appartment. It's a two bedroom and you'll be sharing with me, a 29 year-old woman who works three days in the office and two days from home. It's a friendly atmosphere with a nice kitchen and living space. IT comes almost fully furnished as I owe most of the things in the flat, so no need to buy anything extra!
The bathroom is very big and renovated.

Im also a very tidy person, so im looking for someone who is very clean, and respectful. Im easy going and love to hang out, but also respectful of individual and private times.

The location is incredible -- the 8 ( takes you all the way to tottenham court road) and 388 busses are right outside the door, Bethnal Green Station (central line) is a 10 minute walk and Shoreditch High Street (overground) is a 9 minute walk. Whitechapel is 15 minutes away, and Liverpool Street Station is 10 minutes by bus or 20 walking. You have Columbia High Street (flower market) one road up, Brick Lane one street away, and London Fields all very close by, as well tons of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores right outside. Including a tesco across the street!

Landlord fixes everything as needed and I will take care of paying the utilities on time, but you'll be responsible for paying half ~130 per month. (might vary)

The room is available starting July 9th, but we can negotiate the starting day.
