Double Room Bethnal Green

We are looking for our fourth flatmate for a spacious double room in a duplex flat in Bethnal Green.

The flat has a good size kitchen, a great living room with a dining table (plus 2 sofas and a big TV), 2.5 bathrooms and storage on both floors. The flat is also newly refurbished, including new floors.

It is located 8 minutes away from Bethnal Green station (central line) and 10 minutes away from Stepney Green station (District and Hammersmith lines). Tesco and Sainsbury are 10 minutes away. You also have a variety of small groceries shops nearby (3-minute walks).

We are looking for someone sociable who wants a place to call home rather than a place to sleep. We are super clean and tidy people, and we expect the same for our new flatmate.

We usually have dinner together, watch movies (we have all streaming services), and occasionally go out together. Although we are not a party house, we like to bring friends over every now and then.

Bills are not included, between £50-75 extra depending on the usage and season.
