This is a lovely bright two bedroom flat sharing with me (the owner) who is a trainee surveyor. I'm lesbian, I love living in London, enjoy travel, cinema, meals out with friends and not much of a drinker.

The flat is in a converted Victorian bakery and warehouse. It is safe, secure and centrally located. It is in a private portered block located on Bethnal Green Road (E2). The porters work from 08:00 to 20:00. It is a fab flat located in a buzzy area, though this is not a place to bring the after party.

The double bedroom has a big window with great views of the city, exposed brickwork and plenty of built in storage. Room is approx 2 metres x 4 metres. There is a proper lounge / dining area and the kitchen has a big fridge freezer, washer dryer and all the bits and pieces needed for cooking. The shared bathroom has a heated tiled floor and is lovely in the winter months.

The flat is 2 minutes walk from Bethnal Green tube (Zone 2) and bus routes (8, 109, 254, 388, D3 & D6) There are two Boris bike stands right outside and designated bike storage is available if required in the CCTV covered car park. Residents can access a shared roof terrace in the summer months. The lobby was refurbished a few years ago and there is are RENZ parcel boxes for deliveries in the lobby.

The price is £900 pcm and includes all bills eg. broadband, council tax, gas, electricity, TV licence, water and cleaner.

The flat is cleaned monthly but it’s nice to live with someone who cleans up after themselves. The broadband is 1GB high speed fibre.

Looking for a mature, considerate and interesting flatmate (no couples or pets) who works full time. You would need to agree to a full tenant check before moving in.
