1 double ensuite bedroom available in a great 3 bedroom flat in Bethnal Green/Mile End, overlooking Regents Canal. Victoria Park is also a short walk away.
The room is available from July 17th however there is some flexibility with dates.
The room is furnished (double bed, mattress, big chest of drawers and large built-in wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors. There is also space in the room for a desk.
Scaffolding is currently going up around the building as they start work to replace cladding. It can get quite noisy during working hours during the week and therefore might be better suited to someone who does not frequently work from home.
You will be taking over the remainder of the contract (until September 30th) and there is a month notice period on the flat if all the flatmates decided to leave collectively. There is also an opportunity to stay on longer past that date on a new contract.
Current housemates (2 males ) work in consultancy and coffee buying. Both are very friendly, enjoy socialising together and are keen to find someone who will enjoy to spend time together.
Bills:
Electricity, water, council tax, WIFI comes to between £80- £110 per month.
