Two rooms (large and medium bedrooms on the floorplan) available in a ground floor flat in Bethnal Green, <2 mins from the tube station. We're right next to the park, shops and restaurants. The flat has a large living room, kitchen, one bathroom, and a private front garden.

Bills come out to £70 - 90 a month.
Aug 14th move in date.

Both my flatmates are moving out after 3 years living here. You'd be sharing with myself (28) and one other (tbc).
