Zone 2 - Double Bedroom in 3 bedroom flat

Double bedroom available in 3 bed flat, 5 min walking distance from Bethnal Green station and Cambridge Heath Overground station.

We need someone to be able to take the room on the 1st of August and to stay a minimum of 1 year.

We are two young professionals between 26-30 years old and we’ve been living in this flat for 2.5 years.

We are looking for a young female professional between 25-34 years old, discreet, friendly ,respectful and clean.

The room is £950/month and bills are £115 /month per person. This includes internet, gas, electricity, council tax and cleaning, all flatrate (for now). Water is not included because we pay for this every six months. Next payment will be in November.
