Hello! I am looking for someone to replace me in a one-year contract for a 3-bed flat in Bethnal Green. Let agreed and keen to sign asap (ideally by the end of this week/weekend) with tenancy beginning 5th August.

You'll be living with Bethy and Will, two absolutely lovely friends of mine who I've known since uni. Finding the right person is the priority - looking for someone friendly and kind who is easy-going and up for fun things as well as down for chill stuff.

The flat is situated on the third floor with lots of natural light and spacious rooms. Recently refurbished. Comes furnished though may need to source odd bits and bobs but big things like beds (all double) are provided. Excellent transport connections: 2 mins walk from Bethnal Green Tube (with access to Central London in <15 mins) and 5 mins walk to the Overground. Great location: Brick Lane, Shoreditch, Columbia Road and Broadway Market are a 15-min walk. For those who like their green space, Victoria Park is a 10-15 min walk.
