One large double bedroom will become available at the end of August in our lovely three bedroom flatshare. The flat is just a 5 minute walk from Broadway Market, so in addition to having great transport links it’s really close to both London Fields and Victoria Park.
The flat itself is on the top (two) floors of a beautiful 1930’s gated building. It has loads of character, a great little kitchen and lounge, washer/dryer, bathroom and separate toilet. There’s a real sense of community within the building, with lots of green communal outside space and welcoming neighbours.
You'll be sharing with Emilia (28f), a sculptor, and Luca (30m), a photographer. We are a professional, friendly and considerate flat, and we’re looking for someone to maintain the peaceful atmosphere here after I’ve left. Both Luca and Emilia have their own studios but will occasionally spend a couple of days a week working from home, so ideally we are looking for a full-time professional whose schedule works well with the current setup.
We have busy and social lives outside of the flat but enjoy spending time at home together too. Our current contract is up for renewal in May 2025 (and has been consistently renewed for many years), so we are definitely looking for someone who’s considering a long term stay (ideally 1-2 years +).

About the room: Large Double Bedroom, South facing (plenty of sun!) . The room comes unfurnished, however as I am moving to Australia I'd be happy to sell some the existing furnishings.

Council tax, bills (Internet, water, gas/electric and a bi-weekly cleaning fee) is evenly split between tenants each month. We have a great cleaner, Dalia, who comes to the property every 2 weeks (and has been cleaning the flat for over 10 years now!)
