We do like to have nights out every now and then (generally techno/house events), but the flat is much more for pres than for afters/parties (although we do have these once in a blue moon).
We do both smoke every now and then, but always outside the flat on the terrace, never inside.
A bit about ourselves 👯♀️
Sarah:
Hi, I’m Sarah, 25, half-Dutch half-British, and this’ll be me and Tyra’s 3rd year living together in this flat! I work in the charity sector, in health policy, and I work hybrid, usually cycling to the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I love cooking/creating things, listening to music (hip hop/rap, jazz, alternative, experimental, indie, soul, r&b, (detroit) techno, jungle, acid house, ghetto tech), going to music events, going to the movies, going to any arts/culture events, photography, long walks, cycling, fashion and just overall having fun in life with friends!
Being aware of social justice matters/issues is really important to me, so I’m personally quite keen on someone who’s educated/aware of these sorts of things. Not that that’s something you have to prove haha.
Tyra:
Hi everyone 💕🌞🥰
I'm Tyra and I'll be turning 27 in September! I'm queer and have ADHD, which means that I am a serial hobbyist who drops any interest (be that crochet, taekwondo, or rollerskating) as soon as I have invested more than £50 into it.
While this leaves my room cluttered with the ghosts of hobbies past, in general I love gaming, anything artsy or nerdy, dancing, crisps, and every now and then getting into fitness girl mode and going to the gym. I also like a night out and being very silly 💖
I enjoy living in a chilled environment and that can mean a lot of things from occasionally sharing meals together, playing on one of the consoles (currently we have a ps2, wii, and switch) or just settling in to watch whatever trash has my attention at present (at the moment this is love island 😈🌞 🏝).
Me and Sarah both have our own groups of friends but we hang out together regularly and have festivals planned later in the summer 🧚🏾♀️👯🏽♀️
I work as a software engineer for a company that is fully remote so I usually head into the office once or twice a week when the weather is good. I have a good setup in my room so I don't take up loads of space in the flat during the day. Really looking forwards to meeting you! :-)
