Cosy room right outside Bethnal Green station!

Note: I'm posting this in the hopes I find a suitable housemate who can sign before 1st Aug, as if I don't the landlord will just get somebody random. Ideally your tenancy can start 1st Aug as well. If this is okay, read on!

This flat is located right outside Bethnal Green underground (2 minutes, seriously) and right by the main street with lots of amenities and bars available on your door, and nice parks all around. Lovely spot - overground is a 5 minute walk too! Bills, internet, council tax all included. A cleaner bi-weekly too but I haven't even been here that long.

The room is smaller than some but the flat is clean and quiet (second floor), sadly no living room though. With the amount of things around me though I'm rarely in the house myself. Comes with bed, mattress, cupboard and drawers.

Your other housemates are a music PhD student, a restaurant manager and me, a placement student working full-time in tech.

My flatmate is sadly moving out in two weeks and I'm looking for a suitable replacement for the flat. To check you're reading this, tell me your favourite tree. I only moved in recently myself, and am just looking for a clean and relaxed housemate, not a party house. Bills are included, any questions please send me a message!
