Hello there!

My flatmate Will and I are looking for a friendly person to lease out one of the rooms in our flat. This would be a longer term lease.

About the room:
- Includes a wardrobe and double bed
- Room is cozy
- Bills generally under or around £100 monthly
- Near Cambridge Heath station
- Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom
- Flat is part of a larger tenenment (Roger Dowley Court)
- We rent through an agency

About us:

We are two friendly guys Daniel (28) and Will (26) who like to spend time together but are also big on boundaries, and respecting one another's space as flatmates. You are likely to find us taking an evening stroll in Victoria park, hanging out with friends, going to a gig, or trying out some new hobby. We are not a big party flat, but do enjoy a night out from time to time. We try to keep the flat tidy with a weekly rota.

Will: English tutor who runs a poetry magazine. Enjoys literature, travelling, and playing instruments.

Daniel: Works in finance and trying out new hobbies. Enjoys cocktail bars, fun facts, and cooking.
