Room opposite Victoria Park | near central line

We are three young professional 22-25 y/o male housemates working in tech and finance. We’re looking for a replacement for our previous flatmate who is moving out to live with their partner. We’re sociable, clean and enjoy a good time. We’d love to have a housemate who’s happy to spend sunny afternoons in the park and get drinks at the local pubs. We often spend evenings chatting, eating together and watching films in our lounge.

We live right by Victoria Park in east London. We’re a ~10 minute walk from Bethnal Green tube station and Cambridge Heath overground station.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garden and a separate lounge and kitchen. The lounge is equipped with a TV, soundbar, sofas, a Switch 2 and a PS5. The house is semi-detached and gets lots of natural light.

The rent for the room is £1050 a month and bills (gas, electricity, water, WiFi, council tax) are ~£150 a month.
