Cosy room for rent! - 3 Bed Flat in Bethnal Green

We are looking for 2 new roommates in our lovely 3 bed flat in Bethnal Green. You are welcome to apply by yourself or as a duo. Although the other housemate will have his own advert up independently.

New room mates are ideally working full-time/professionals and likes to keep the flat in a tidy state. You will be sharing the flat with a friendly 32-year-old chap named Nick, and one other new housemate. One of us is moving in with a partner, and the other moving elsewhere.

The room is generally unfurnished with possibility of taking over furniture from previous tenants. It is a small cosy room, with a big window. There is enough space for a double bed, wardrobe & a desk. The flat has a big living room and is truly beautiful in person!

The official move date is 9 September, however I'm looking to find someone who could take over from 26 August! This means that there will be a 2 week period of rent takeover from me (we will calculate this fairly of course!). Bills are not included in the rent, but £80-150 a month (includes Broadband, council tax & utilities) should be expected depending on the season. Equipped with speedy 1Gbps Community Fibre broadband.

- 2min walk to Bethnal Green Station (Central Line)
- 10min walk to Overground (Cambridge Heath / Bethnal Green)

Amenities:
- Partly furnished flat (equiped kitchen and furnished living room)
- Dishwasher & combined washer/dryer.

Area:
- In the middle of Bethnal Green with loads of nice local pubs/bars/restaurants in the area.
- Sainsbury`s Local 2min away
- Close to Victoria Park, Hackney & Shoreditch.

There will be referencing requirements e. g. minimum salary etc. No students please. working professionals ideally.
