Hi all!

We have a double room in a 4 bedroom house share available from 2nd September. **Please note the room is a small double, it could squeeze in a small desk but wouldn’t be the most ideal wfh space.
The current contract lasts until 12th July 2025.

Based in Bethnal Green, 6 min walk to Bethnal Green tube station on the central line. 12 minute walk to Whitechapel Station.

We have a communal kitchen/living room area that opens to a small balcony. We have 1 bathroom with a shower.

Owned by a landlord and rented through a letting agency.

The estate agent has stated that Tenants are required to earn a multiple of x2.5 their share of the rent. Sadly because of this it would not be suitable for students.

ABOUT US:

We are a LGBTQ+ household.

Cam, 29, she/they. Civil servant analyst in FCDO.

Lee, 30, he/him. Recent History graduate from Goldsmiths, manages a pub.

Joude, 27, she/her. VFX production manager.

We like to make our living space sociable, but we also respect each other’s boundaries. We enjoy the occasional night out or night in, whether it’s parties or board games.

~What we're looking for~
We’re looking for someone friendly who would enjoy doing things together as a flat. We value the home we’ve created so we’re looking for someone who will tidy up after themselves, is happy to stick to the cleaning schedule but also happy to stick up their postcards in our communal spaces!

We’d want someone whose politics align with ours (e. g. left, pro LGBTQ+).

ACCESS & SAFETY:
Second floor, up two flights of stairs and no lift. Flat is on two floors with bathroom up one set of stairs.
