En-suite, walk-in wardrobe, private patio

I am looking for a flatmate to take my friend's place as she is moving out! The room is a double, with an en-suite, a walk-in wardrobe, and a private patio area with an outdoor seat.

In addition to the walk-in wardrobe, there is outdoor storage in the patio area, and it's a murphy bed so you can lift it up for additional storage. The bed also has a memory foam mattress.

I work in interior design so we spent a long time decorating the flat and making it super cute - it's very pink! We have an artwork wall which always needs more contributions.

It's a very quiet area - the bedroom is on the lower ground floor so there is very little street or neighbour noise!

The kitchen is well-stocked with a dishwasher, microwave, oven etc.
