Double room next to Victoria Park

Double bedroom in Bethnal Green, in a shared house with 2 lovely girls who I’m sad to be leaving but am moving in with my partner.

The house: the room isn’t massive but fits a double bed and still fits a desk and drawers etc in, it has a built in wardrobe space and will be partially furnished, happy to leave my desk and a couple other bits if you need but it is furnished with the bed. I haven’t added photos of the rest of the house yet as I’ve not been home but can send on request and will add soon. The jist of it is it’s cosy and quirky. We have a garden which we love to sit in the summer.

The location: It’s in the perfect spot with Cambridge Heath overground just a 10 minute walk and Bethnal Green underground also 10 mins away, very well connected with buses all around too.
Victoria Park is just a stones throw away, literally less than 3 mins walk, it’s the perfect 5km run door to door around the park if you like to run. Lovely coffee shops on Roman Road and Old Ford Road all close by.

The housemates: Charlotte-Anne and Molly love to go to festivals together and go on nights out and they’d love to have someone who also enjoys this. They love tinnies in the sun in the park or a cosy chippy tea in the winter. They love to cook and sometimes share Gusto boxes and do dinners together to have in front of the tv together.

The situation: I’ve not yet found a place so the exact date is unconfirmed of when the room will be free but I’m looking to be out in the next 4-6 weeks (beginning to end of Sept). The deposit is approximate as I’m waiting for the letting agent to confirm but I’m 90% sure it’s that or very very close.
