Great House, Location & Flatmates

Hello!
Me and my friend Rich (in our 30s) are looking for a third person to join our house in Bethnal Green. I have been living here with my two mates Harv and Dermot for the past two years but sadly Dermot is moving to Bristol and Harv is buying a place, luckily my friend Rich is going to move in, but we still need a third person. We're looking for someone in their 30s who is chilled out likes the occasional trip to the pub, the occasional house meal etc. We're keen to find someone chilled we get a long with. Equally, we both have our own friends and interests.
The room is a double fairly spacious, it also has double glazing and overlooks the back of the house which are just gardens. It has a double bed and wardrobe and maybe a desk for a small fee to Dermot.
The location is excellent, near to the Camel pub, less than five mins to Bethnal Green tube station, with Victoria park also less than 5 mins away. It's a very quiet road. Rich and I know each other from university, I am a civil servant and he is an environmental consultant. We are both active, keen cooks and follow various sports. The term would be 12 months starting on the 15th of September. So if you're for a nice room, a nice house with great housemates then get in touch!
