We are looking for 3rd female to join us in our lovely 3 bedroom flat in Bethnal Green/ Shoreditch- E2 6BZ. Room is available from December 20th.. long stay preferable, but we are open!

You’ll be living with Marisa, who is a jeweler and Beatriz, who is an arts student in her Masters. We’ve lived in the flat for over four years now and love the location! We are easy going and social, but also respect each others personal space. Looking for someone with all these qualities.. and who LOVES a clean/ respectful house 😉

-double room with closet
-Price is £1000 per month + bills
-Bills (water, wifi, council tax, heating & electric) are about £100-150 a month depending on usage and time of year
-Deposit is one months rent
-Locating is great! About 5-10 minutes walk to Shoreditch High Street overground & 10 minute walk to Bethnal Green station
-Huge shared living room with Juliette balcony and sunshine in summer 🌞
-Loads of shared hallway storage
-Separate toilet and bath/ shower
-Fully equipped kitchen & washing machine
