Double room for rent in Bethnal Green

Hello, I’m looking for a new flatmate as my friend is moving out. This is a two double bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a serviced building in Bethnal Green. We have a 24h concierge, rooftop, communal kitchen for parties, gym, shared working space and a tv room in the building. The room has a double bed, a small desk and a private bathroom. There is a shared living room with a specious balcony.

Location is great, 3 min to the overground and approximately 5 min to central line (Bethnal Green). 15 minutes to Whitechapel. Two parks very close to the building (bethnal green park 1 min) and wavers fields 3 min). 20 min walk to Victoria Park.

About me: i’m 31 yo, working for an international law firm (I'm fully aware that lawyers are not the most popular social group but I'm quite fun, I promise!) . My office is near Liverpool Street Station. I’m working from home around 2 days per week. I’m living with my dog Amiga, she is a 7 yo French Buldog. I’m looking for someone who would like to socialise from time to time and will keep the apartment reasonably clean (I don't have an obsession over it though) :) Would love to live with someone with whom I can be friends.

I'm generally quite easy going, like to grab a beer in the evening or watch a movie (I plan to buy a projector soon:)) In my free time I like to try new restaurants, cook something at home, visit new galleries and go to the movies. Trying to go to the gym regularly - would love a gym buddy (my PT is very disappointed in me if I don't go for at least one training on my own! so additional motivation would help a lot). The gym at the building is quite decent.

Council tax is currently gbp 140 for two persons, bills are approximately gbp 135 per month (to be split between both of us).

As mentioned above, I’m living with my dog and I’m looking for someone who feels comfortable around the dogs and is happy for them to be treated as part of the household. Amiga enjoys chilling on the couch! She needs time to adjust to new people though and might bark at the beginning as she is very protective of me. Please take this into account. Otherwise she is the cutest dog ever! Cuddles on the couch are included in the rent ;)
