My current flatmate is moving back to his home country, so I’m seeking someone to take over his tenancy contract, which runs until November 28, 2025.
First of all the flat has crazy storage space.. rare in London.
The flat is a luxurious duplex in a new building. The bedrooms are located upstairs, with each room having its own dedicated bathroom. My room is en-suite, while your room will have a separate bathroom right across the hall.
The entrance floor features a storage room, an additional guest toilet, an open-plan luxury kitchen, a cozy living area, and a spacious dining space. The flat offers a peaceful, homey environment where respect and relaxation are key.
Please note that the building is currently under scaffolding until summer 2025. This does affect natural light slightly, but the noise has been manageable, and I’ve found it doesn’t interfere much with working from home.
Located in a gated community by Regent’s Canal and surrounded by greenery, the location is fantastic. Bethnal Green and Mile End tube stations are within walking distance, and Victoria Park is just a 5-minute walk away.
Bills are approximately £130 per person, covering council tax, internet, water, electricity, and gas.
I’ve had a very positive experience sharing with a male flatmate, enjoying movie nights and dinners together while also respecting each other's personal space. I’m looking for a similar dynamic.
A bit about me: (28yo) I’m a former architect now working as an Account Manager in the interiors industry. I am a neat freak, very clean.. I’m easygoing, enjoy cooking, travelling, strolling, doing pilates.. and generally work from home 2 days a week. The flat is spacious enough for comfortable working from home, but I prefer someone who isn’t fully remote.
No couples or students, please. The landlord and agents will conduct an income/visa and reference check.
