Furnished double room available in a two bed flat. Close to lots of parks, well connected to local transport (Bethnal Green, Hoxton, Liverpool Street etc).
Located on a very quiet side street. Bills included.
There is a small garden out the back and on street parking (you’d need a permit).

This is a 5 month sublet, with possibility to extend (not guaranteed).
We are a couple, both working professionals who take a lot of care to make it a cosy, tidy and homely place. We are out and about a lot during the day but enjoy evenings at home mostly.

We expect future tenant to respect the space and keep it tidy. Preferably not working from home five days a week.
