We have a double bedroom and separate office/studio space available in our bright and spacious flat next to Regent's Canal in Cambridge Heath/Bethnal Green.

It is a very bright and generous sized flat with 1 bathroom with bath/shower and a second separate WC, 1 kitchen with dishwasher and a large lounge. There's also a communal courtyard and secure bike storage.

We are a quiet, calm household. We keep the house in an immaculate condition and like living in a clean and homely space. We are looking for someone who is easy going, like-minded and extremely clean and tidy in equal measure.

As you will see below, the location is ideal and also has excellent bus/Tube and Overground connections:

3 minutes walk to Cambridge Heath overground station
4 minutes walk to Broadway Market
7 minutes walk to Victoria Park
8 minutes walk to London Fields
9 minutes walk to Bethnal Green tube (central line)

For transparency, the cost of the rooms in the house are each worked out as percentages of the overall cost of the flat. The rent amount is for the bedroom and separate office/studio space together. The room is partially furnished with clothes rail and drawers - (bed and sofa bed for sale)

Sorry, no couples or short term lets. Bills come to around £110 per month.

PLEASE NOTE: THE PRICE IS FOR BOTH ROOMS TOGETHER. WE ARE UNABLE TO HAVE MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE LIVING IN THE PROPERTY DUE TO OCCUPANCY REGULATIONS.
