Room Ensuite

Hi, I'm looking for a new flatmate to live with me in my 2 bedrooms apartment.
I'm looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate, someone to share my home with. :)

The room is furnished and ensuite (Master bedroom).
You'll have your own bathroom and toilet. The room has a double bed , 2 bedside tables, 2 big wardrobes, a mirror and 2 windows. Possibility to have a desk as well.
The closest tube station would be Bethnal Green, Mile End and Stepney Green, all of them about 10min walk.
The flat is located right by Meath garden, near the canal, Mile End Park and Victoria Park, which is about 10min walk by the canal. It's ideal if you like running or going for walks. There is also a climbing center right next to the flat. We also have coffee shops, pubs and restaurant.

There are shops around, Tesco, Co-op, Sainsbury, simply fresh.
Bills should be about £145 per month (council tax, electricity, internet). As said above, the flat is available from the 27th of October.
