Nov 2024 Short Let - Cute Room in E2

Renting my room in my house from 11th November to Dec 3rd 2024. Close to Columbia Rd, Broadway Market, London Fields, Victoria Park, and Shoreditch.

The house was originally a victorian sweet shop, converted to housing in the 90's. Our street is a quiet escape between Hackney Road and Old Bethnal Green Road. Our row of houses are some of the few left in the area that weren't bombed in the war. The room available is on the ground floor, which is bright and spacious and looks onto a small garden. You will have your own private bathroom and everything else in the house is shared with one other.

The house has been freshly painted in June 2023, and has lots of natural light. One thing to consider, is it's an old quirky building with creaky floorboards and imperfections throughout, so might not be ideal for light sleepers or people intolerant to subtle noises, but these quirks kind of add to the character of the house.
