We’ve got a beautiful room available in our friendly Bethnal Green flat, open to FLINTA* couples (my girlfriend and I are sadly moving out). Rent is £1200/month including bills. Deposit is also 1200. Available asap from the start of October. Unfortunately the landlord does not accept housing benefit at this time.
The Flat
The flat has a spacious kitchen with a dining table and sofa and this very jazzy tile flooring—perfect for communal dinners, a cozy garden room mostly used for drying laundry, and a huge garden ideal for relaxing or growing some plants. There’s a toilet and a separate bathroom with a shower.
Accessibility: Please note that while the flat is on the ground floor (where the kitchen garden and toilet is located) there are 10 steps leading to the room and shower/ bathroom.
The Room
You’ll be getting a large, granny-chic style room with tons of storage, a desk for working from home, and a comfy double bed. It’s got a warm, welcoming vibe and plenty of space to make your own.
The area:
The flat has the best location just off the big Tesco's on Bethnal Green Road. You are super close to Bethnal Green Tube (central) and Bethnal Green Overground and only about 12 mins walk to Whitechapel (overground, district, Elisabeth line). It's just a nice stroll from the canal and Victoria Park, as well as Broadway Market, Columbia Road Flower Market, Roman Road and Brick Lane.

Cintia (she/her): Our lovely Japanese-Brazilian flatmate who works in a refugee charity. She’s super friendly and always up for a chat or sharing her delicious cooking. .
Zuzanna (she/her): A free-spirited yoga teacher, actor, and comedian-in-training from Slovakia. She keeps the flat full of positive energy and is always up for a laugh.
Paula (she/her): Our house mum! She’s Colombian-Italian, been here for 6 years, loves nature, and works in retail. She brings a calm and caring presence to the flat.
We’re a diverse, open-minded bunch and are looking for someone who fits the same vibe—clean, respectful, and happy to join our relaxed, friendly home. Everyone has busy lives and does their own thing, but equally loves to stop for a kitchen chat or have a house meal.
