Spacious double room in Bethnal Green

I’m looking for a tidy, young professional to sublet my room from October 10 — January 15! (preferably looking for someone to stay the whole duration). Monthly rent with bills included is £1100. There is also a £10 fee for our cleaner who comes every fortnight which is not included in the above price.

A double room is available with a balcony in a 3 bedroom flat, with a bathroom, kitchen/dining room and seperate living room. It is a family-owned flat, so we’re looking for a considerate and friendly person who will treat the space with care!

The flat is 5 minutes from Bethnal Green tube station and overground station.

You’ll be joining two 30 y/o who work in creative industries. We all love film, music and keeping cosy — especially during this winter period.
