We are three women aged between 27-35 looking for a she/her or they/them aged 27+ to be our fourth housemate, moving in from 17th January.

Location:

The flat is within walking distance from Bethnal Green Underground (10 mins) & Cambridge Heath Overground (15 mins). The closest bus stop is a minute walk with buses running into Shoreditch, Central & Docklands. Victoria Park is a 5 min walk, perfect for hot girl walks & runs, it hosts a farmers & food market each weekend and LIDO and All Points East festivals each summer. We all really love the area, and alongside its transport links there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and pubs all within walking distance.

House bits:

- The flat is a 4-bedroom ground floor maisonette with garden. Your bedroom is a small room with a double bed located upstairs, rent is £678pcm (not including bills) 🛌
- Bills approx. £100 these are slightly more in winter
- Shared shower/bath upstairs, with spare toilet downstairs
- Shed in garden so opportunities for secure bike storage
- Car parking available with permit
- No pets (sorry, it’s in the contract) ☹️

About us:

- Alex, 30, works in music loves live music and a good pint (or 5)
- Lottie, 35, loves a run, a swim and a festival
- India, 27, works in film and TV production, enjoys horror films, pole classes and pints.

You:

- 27+ please
- Hybrid or in office preferred (whilst the room can fit a small desk, this would need be a collapsible one to give you some more space when not in use.
- Loves a night playing pool at the pub but would also be happy chilling on their own / catching up on MAFS or Traitors with the girl
