We are three women between 29-31 looking for a she/her or they/them to be our fourth housemate! We’ve all lived in the house for 2+ years each and really love the area.

The flat itself is 10 mins from Bethnal Green Underground 5 mins from Victoria Park & 15 mins from Cambridge Heath Overground.

We’re ideally looking for someone to move in 28th October onwards.

House bits:

- 4 beds, your room is a small double bed located upstairs 🛌
- Shared shower/bath upstairs, with spare toilet downstairs 🚽
- Brand new windows fitted throughout 🪟
- Car parking available with permit 🚙
- Shed in garden so opportunities for secure bike storage 🚲
- No pets (sorry, it’s in the contract) ☹️
- Community Fibre WiFi 🛜
- Great back garden with furniture 🏡
- Bills £90 which are slightly more in winter ❄️

About us:

- Megan, 29, works in politics and loves the football and booking her next holiday in Europe
- Alex, 30, works in music loves live music and a good pint (or 5)
- Clara, 31, works in fashion and loves pasta and trash TV

You:

- 27+ please
- Hybrid or in office preferred (whilst the room can fit a small desk, ideally this would be a collapsible one to give you some more space when not in use)
- Loves a night playing pool at the pub but would also be happy chilling on their own / catching up on MAFS with the girls
- Extra points if you own a bread machine 😏🍞
