Double Bedroom in queer friendly house with Garden

Our flatmate is leaving her double bedroom this October, so we're looking for a replacement in our cozy house. The available room is on the 1st floor next to the living room, which has a TV. The house also offers a big garden and a conservatory. We have parking but don’t really use it. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine.

We’re located very conveniently, just a 5-minute walk from Bethnal Green Central Line station and a 10-minute walk from Whitechapel station with access to major lines. There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby, including a big Tesco and a massive Sainsbury's for groceries, along with two charity shops and several cafes/restaurants perfect for breakfasts or dinners. Every Sunday, the Columbia Road flower market is a 15-minute walk away, and Brick Lane is just 10 minutes from us. Liverpool Street, with even more shops and restaurants, is a 20-minute walk away. Bills are around £100 per month.

Meet us:

Tess (she/her) is 20 and currently in her second year studying film and photography at the University of Westminster. She’s super creative, loves old cinema and music, and enjoys cooking. Her infectious laughter and love for spending time with friends make the house feel lively and warm.

Isa (they/them) is 23 and doing a master’s in Music Production. Originally from Spain, they love cooking Spanish food for the house and enjoy going to gigs, watching films, and playing video games. They’re laid-back and bring a chill, fun vibe to the space.

We’re looking for someone queer-friendly, liberal, and preferably a creative student! Someone who enjoys watching films together, having a little drink, playing games, and generally looking to make good friends with us :) We also really appreciate cleanliness and respect for the little home we’ve built.
