Cosy 3 bedroom ground floor flat, with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Small balcony and a front patio area

THE ROOM
Small size double room, comes furnished with a bed, mattress and a built in wardrobe.

THE AREA
Lively but relatively quiet neighbourhood, less than 5 minutes walk from Victoria Park (!) and the regents canal.

10 minutes walk from Bethnal Green station (Central Line) and 10 minutes to Cambridge Heath overground stations. There’s also many buses that stop around the area that get you most places (Stratford, Liverpool St, Oxford Circus etc) eg 388, 271, 55, 8, 475, D6 and more.
If you like walking, it’s a 30 minute walk to Shoreditch.

The local amenities are a few minutes walk away, including a gym and there are lots of food and grocery options locally, Lidl is 20 min walk.

THE HOUSEMATES
Two housemates in their early 30s (have been living together for 6 years) working hybrid full time (we work from home 2-4 days a week from the living room table)

Jo works for a small charity, enjoys crafts, films, spending time in nature and travelling.
Fritzi works for a book publisher (there’s many books around!) enjoys cooking and travel.

Vibe of the house is very easy going and sociable. Looking for someone to be part of the household, we share everything ( no need to join, but you can) - we enjoy Netflix nights, cooking lovely food together or a few drinks out.

We don’t smoke or party at home.

ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for the new member of the household, ideally a professional, similar in age, who wants to make this their home for the foreseeable. Someone who wants to hang out in the evenings sometimes, up for a pub trip/gig/chill in the park and respectful and tidy in the house. Looking to make new friends as well as housemates!

We will be doing viewing from Monday 7th October onwards, and the room is available from 15 Nov.

The tenancy agreement is with CityMove Estates and is for 1 year (we sign a new contract each year).
