Subletting my room from the 27/11/2024 till mid Jan 25 (end date still tbc).
About the flat:
It is a good size double room on the 4th floor of a block of flats. Plenty of storage space in the room which I will clear for you during your stay if needed. The flat itself is 3 bedroom, with shared living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom. The building also has a shared rooftop.
About the company:
You’ll be staying with two other lovely people in their mid twenties who like to keep the house clean and homely. Both are working professionals who work a mix of at home/ in the office. We are looking for someone a similar age who is clean and sociable as we occasionally go out or do dinners/drinks at home with friends etc.
About the Transport:
5 min walk to Bethnal green station
8 min walk to Cambridge heath overground
Numerous bus routes within 5 min walk
About the cost:
£895 per month for rent (will adjust accordingly depending on end date)
Water/electricity/gas/ internet/ council tax bills are ~£100 per month
