3 week sublet - Bethnal Green

I am renting out my double room while I travel for 3 weeks starting from 24th October - 16th November. The room has its own en-suite, and the apartment is shared with one other female roommate, so we are preferably looking for female tenants only but can be flexible for the right person. There's a shared kitchen and living area, a small balcony, a washing machine, etc, and the block has a big rooftop. We're based in Bethnal Green, a short walk from the central line and well connected. We are looking for someone who will treat the apartment and my room with care and respect, as it is our home and safe space.

Rent is £250 p/w, including bills.
Deposit of £400 required.
