💐Criteria/ Benefits
Unfortunately, the landlord doesn’t accept housing benefits, universal credit or guarantor.
We are looking for a full time working professional preferred.
💸 The Rent & Bills:
All in, the cost is approximately per month, with the breakdown as follows:
Rent - £790
Council tax - £41.33
Water - £15.48
Electricity - £14
Gas - £16.67 every 2/3 months depending on the season and needs
Wifi - 11.97
Cleaner (twice a month) - £17
The electricity and gas are on a meter, and it can vary depending on the weather but ranges from approx £30-50 per month as we move into autumn/winter (hence the sliding scale of all-in cost). We buy some household items together, including washing up liquid, cleaning supplies, hand soap, and toilet paper, and this comes to approx £20 every few months.
The rent is paid directly to the landlord on the 15th day of each month.
Our landlord will accept a professional working full-time and will require a reference from the current landlord and a reference from the employer.
Preferably looking for someone who is between 24 to 33, queer/trans and enjoys hanging out with their flatmates. Trans or POC to the front.
The two remaining flatmates are both working 9 to 5 full-time jobs, and one works primarily remotely.
We aren’t a party house hold but we do have friends coming for dinner and hanging out.
We would preferably have someone who is up for a chat or chilling on occasional evenings. We also understand the need to have time on our own to recharge socially.
Our flatmate has a cute cat too!
