Location: 2 minutes’ walk to Bethnal Green station, 10 minutes’ walk to Whitechapel station. Conveniently located for UAL, LCF, and CSM campuses.

The house is right next to a police station and a fire station, so safety is not a concern. The door is secured with a key lock.

House Layout: There is one kitchen, a large bathroom on the second floor (with a bathtub), a small shower room on the first floor, and a small restroom with a sink. There’s a living room, a workspace, and four bedrooms. The entrance has a large balcony. The house is a duplex with a staircase. My room is on the second floor (as shown in pictures 1-3). The room comes unfurnished except for a single bed, a cabinet, and a wardrobe.

Rental Period: Available for move-in from the end of September to early October. Direct contract transfer (lease until August 18, 2025). Rent is £1,112.5 per month, excluding bills.
