Double Room for rent in Bethnal Green

Hi, I am sadly moving out of my flat in Bethnal Green so I'm looking for someone to take on my contract.

The flat is well connected, being close to Bethnal Green station and Whitechapel stations.

It's also 5 minutes from Shoreditch, and 10 minutes from Broadway Market/ London Fields.

The Room has a double bed with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bed side table. There is also an additional storage cupboard specifically for this room.

There is no desk in the room but the housemates work in the office most days so if you work from home regularly then the living room table would be largely available.

In terms of the housemates, you'd be living with Sam and Henry, both 26. They are young professionals who are a delight to be around. They are keen to have a housemate they can hang out with and spend time on the weekend with, including trips out and watching football.

The room will be available November 1st. Minimum stay is 5 months. Rent is £833.33 per month. Bills are not included but are relatively cheap. There is also a security deposit of £1,000.
