Sunny Double Bedroom 3 min walk from Bethnal Green

Sadly I'm moving out of this beautiful room, and I'm looking for someone to cover the last 3 months of the contract.

The rent will be £1000 per month, including everything.

I've lived here for 3 years, and I'm only moving out already because I'm taking over my friend's studio flat.

I absolutely loved living here. The location is perfect. The area is nice and quiet, and Bethnal Green station is literally 3 min walk away. Many local cafes, 5 min walk to Columbia Flower Market, 10 min walk to London Fields, and 15 min to Shoreditch.

The room to rent has a huge built-in wardrobe, a king-size bed, and two white IKEA cupboards. (I'll be taking the desk with me). It's very cosy and sunny all day, with a nice view of the local gardens.

One of the great advantages of the place is that it does not have carpets but nice wooden floors. (Yey!) Another one is a lovely and bright living room. It serves as an office, chilled spot, or simply a dinner area.
There is also a big kitchen with a lot of storage and a separate toilet with a bathroom, which can also be a lifesaver. ;)

Miriam and Cathrine are staying in the flat, and I was kindly asked to find someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly. :)

I would love to find someone asap so I can focus on moving myself. :)
