i have a Double rooms available in a shared Flat.

**THIS FLAT HAS A SHARED LOUNGE SPACE WITH SOFA !***

ROOM - 1
The first room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and desk.

LOCATION
The flat is located 5 mins walk from BETHNAL GREEN station which offers Central Line. There is also amazing bus route connection too along with local grocery shops at your door step.

BILLS
All bills are included which means you don't have the headache i do!

COMMUNAL AREA'S
Yes the flat has a shared lounge area. The bathroom and toilet are separate.

EXISTING FLAT MATES
Currently the flat is occupied by 2 x males and 2 x Female who are working professionals hence hardly home. (age range 28- 37)
They are preferably looking for mature housemates who are working too and are preferably non smokers. If you are a smoker then you will have to smoke outside on the main balcony.
They are looking for housemates who are clean and willing to clean the flat when its their turn which works out as once a month as per the rota.!

STAY
minimum stay is 6 months - if you like the house and housemates and we all get along, i will be more than happy to renew contracts.
