- 7 min walk to Bethnal Green Underground station (central line).
- 2 min walk to Cambridge Heath Overground station.
- 5 min walk to Victoria Park.
- 15 min walk to large Sainsbury's and Lidl.
- 25 min walk to Liverpool Street.
- Lots of nice pubs, bars and coffee shops nearby.

🪩 About us:
- You'll be living with Sandy (28), Matt (27), Ash (26) and Eden (24).
- We are 4 working professionals who enjoy spending time with each other and our own friends.
- Sandy, Ash and Eden have been in the flat for a year and a half and Matt joined six months ago. We are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to come join us.
- 3 of us work WFH 2/3 days a week, we enjoy going for drinks, having group dinners, movie nights & spend a lot of time in Victoria Park in the summer.
