Double Room (w Balcony!) in Bethnal Green

We have a double room available from 15th December on the top floor of our 3 bedroom flat in Bethnal Green as our flatmate is moving out.

The flat is located on quiet side road with all amenities you could hope for within walking distance. 5 minute walk from Brick Lane, 20 minute walk to Liverpool St. and 8-15 minutes from 3 tube stations (Bethnal Green, Whitechapel & Shoreditch High St.)

The room comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, small desk with a chair, large windows and balcony access. Rest of the flat is split across 4 floors with a spacious shared living room, kitchen and dining area. You'll be sharing a bathroom with just one other (me) and there's an additional spare toilet. Rent is £1000pcm and bills usually come to around£50-100pcm.

You'll be sharing the flat with 2 other males, both in our late 20's. Nuno is super chill, wfh most days from his room, keen traveller and loves photography. I'm a born and raised Londoner completing a degree in dietetics and out of the house most days, also pretty chill, fairly social, love music and football. We're both considerate and like to keep the flat clean and tidy.

We're looking for someone with shared interest, values and wants to build a homely environment together. Ideally you'd be social but also understand boundaries and respect personal space. Communication is a must.
